“I always wrote as a hobby, mostly because my mother who is a teacher and avid reader, loved the little stories I made up. However, travelling around the African continent and around the world, I came across several stories of Africa from different most often offensive perspectives. Our history is told to bring shame and disgust to us, and our present situation encourages belief in those perspectives of Africa.”
